Comment: Let me paraphrase this .... "A well regulated Militia ..." this means people who are trained in the care and proper use of weapons, because that's what is needed for self protection. You must know by training with the weapon, how to use it most effectively.
"In order to provide for the security of a free state..." meaning to keep safe by armed protection, the rights and liberties of each individual within the state where these freedoms are honored from God by law."

People having the right by law and the will of God, can at all times, own, possess, carry, and use Arms for defence.
"Shall not be infringed"...
No one has the right to abolish any part of this law for any reason at any time PERIOD.
