POLL: Americans Are Increasingly Souring On Mass Migration
Will US political leaders respond to the will of the voters?
According to a poll by PRRI, Americans are increasingly getting frustrated with the never-ending deluge of migrants the US ruling class is importing.
57% of Americans believe that migrants have imposed undue burdens on their local communities. 86% of Republican voters and 57% of independent voters held this view.
43% of Americans signaled that migrants have increased crime in their local communities, which includes 73% of Republican voters. 35% of Americans stated that immigrants “are invading our country and replacing our cultural and ethnic background,” which includes 65% of Republicans.
34% of Americans indicated that immigrants illegally invading the US are “poisoning the blood of our country,” which includes 61% of Republicans, 30% of independents, and just 13% of Democrats.
The support for amnesty has fallen significantly since 2013. For Republicans, it went from 53% to 36%. For independents, support for amnesty fell from 64% to 55% in this time period.
Similarly, in the time frame of 2016 to the present, support for constructing a border wall has increased from 41% to 51% in the present.
All told, restricting immigration is a popular policy across-the-board, regardless of a person’s political party. It’s really the elites who love mass migration, as it provides a steady stream of cheap labor. For the more demented members of the US’s ruling class, mass migration is just another way to dilute the country’s white European core.
Restricting immigration is the existential issue of our political epoch and if we lose on it, our country will disappear into the historical ether.
Yep, a lot of people are waking up to the fact that those laughingly referred to as "elites", really don't give a Tinker's damn about them.
