Michigan Township Clerk Files Emergency Lawsuit to Ditch Dominion Voting Machines After Suspicious 'Nationwide Glitch' is Found
This is an important election integrity lawsuit.
An important election integrity lawsuit has been filed in Michigan after far-left Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson announced there was a “nationwide glitch” found in Dominion Voting Systems.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Irving Township Clerk Sharon Olson and Deputy Clerk Shelly Lake, demands a Court Injunction stopping Dominion Voting Systems from being tampered with in any way, shape or form before the 2024 presidential election as well as allowing localities to conduct hand counts of ballots.
This comes as a response from Benson’s shocking announcement of a “nationwide glitch” within Dominion Voting Systems that only happened to be discovered a little over a week before election day.
"This is a nationwide issue with Dominion voter access terminals in the counties that use them... [They] have an issue the straight-party voting and a programming issue that's affected the machines nationwide, and I think all of us who use Dominion machines were unhappy to learn about this during the testing period and as early voting began," Benson said.
The Dominion voter access terminals are rarely used, but this convenient glitch gives an opportunity for the Dominion software to be altered by state officials with a patch at the last minute, which election integrity activist leader Patrick Byrne believes “is the rig.”
The emergency lawsuit aims to prevent the patching of the software and allow a hand count to be performed because they contend the voting computers no longer can be trusted due to this “glitch.”
“Voting machines are certified and prepared in advance for elections, and after that time point, it is unlawful and illegal pursuant to state and federal law for them to be accessed, modified, altered, or otherwise manipulated,” the lawsuit states.
“Irreparable harm will occur and has already occurred in this instance because Benson has admitted that there is a “glitch” in the voting machines being used by [Secretary Benson], and therefore, [Secretary Benson] cannot rely on these machines to allow her to perform her election-related functions, including the accurate account of ballots, counting and canvassing,” the lawsuit continues, arguing that the township is “entitled to conduct a hand count of the ballots” and that should be enforced by the courts.
The Democrats are beginning to execute their 2024 election fraud blueprint, and this important lawsuit could stop them dead in their tracks in the important battleground state of Michigan.
