Flashback: Kamala Harris Sponsored Legislation To Let 20,000 Illegal Aliens Loose Into the United States

Harris has always been a radical booster of mass migration

With less than two weeks away from the presidential election, Vice President Kamala Harris’s immigration record has been placed under further scrutiny. The United States has been subject to a mass migration Zerg Rush where well over 9 million illegal aliens have illegally crossed the US’s southern border with Mexico. 

John Binder of Breitbart News reported that Vice President Kamala Harris was once a key sponsor of legislation designed to hamstring the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) power to detain illegal alien invaders. The bill would have had over 20,000 illegal aliens let loose into the American interior from the DHS’s custody. 

In 2018, Harris teamed up with Washington Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal to sponsor the Detention Oversight Not Expansion (DONE) Act.

“ICE’s indiscriminate approach to immigration enforcement continues to sow fear and anxiety in communities across the nation and strict oversight is long overdue,” Harris declared in a statement at the time.

Harris added: 

It is unconscionable to subject detainees to inhumane conditions that include cases of unchecked sexual abuse, outright medical negligence, lack of access to counsel, and in some cases, even death. It’s time to end the expansion of these facilities that divert these resources to address true public safety threats.

Harris’s DONE Act would have prohibited ICE from expanding immigration detention.

“Kamala Harris has been tight-lipped about her plans to enforce federal immigration laws, but the name of one of this proposal, the DONE Act, is telling,” RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), said to Breitbart News. “Interior enforcement would in fact be done and nullified if she takes office.”

Another aspect of Harris’s plan would mandate DHS to slash detention of illegal aliens by 50%.

Hauman added how Harris’s plan would undermine immigration detention.

“Her DONE Act would cut detention space as criminal aliens continue to roam free, ensure detention is no longer mandatory for illegal aliens, and actually prohibit the detention of illegal aliens deemed ‘vulnerable’ by the DHS secretary — a rubber stamp one of her nominees is sure to use,” Hauman stated.

Harris is an open borders radical through and through. She’s a faithful conduit for the elites’ Great Replacement agenda. For that reason, among many others, Harris must be prevented from assuming the presidency.
