DOJ Exposes Illegal Alien for Stealing American’s ID and Voting in US Elections

Illegal immigration ensures that American elections remain rigged.

Earlier in September, the Department of Justice announced that an illegal alien agreed to plead guilty to charges of robbing an American citizen's identity, using it to vote and acquire a United States passport.

The illegal alien in question, Angelica Maria Francisco, 42, is a Guatemalan national that had been residing in Alabama. She was charged with making false assertions of citizenship related to voting, aggravated identity theft, false statements to apply for a US passport, and the use of a US passport acquired by false statements, the DOJ announced on September 5.

Francisco assumed the identity of an American citizen in 2011 prior to using her false identity to obtain a passport in 2011. She then used the passport to travel to and from Guatemala and the US. In 2021, she used the fake identity to renew the passport and used it to travel from the US to Guatemala in 2022.

The indictment asserts that Francisco registered to vote in Alabama using the same false name and voted in the primary and general elections of 2016 and 2020. The indictment did not provide details about how she voted or if she actually registered with a specific political party.

The DOJ announced that the US State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service and Alabama state officials launched a probe into Francisco’s case.

In response to the Guatemalan woman’s arrest, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen declared in a statement, “A top priority of this Office is ensuring only eligible American citizens are voting in Alabama elections.”

“We will continue to assist law enforcement in every way possible as they prosecute individuals who vote illegally in Alabama elections to the fullest extent of the law,” he stated.

America’s election system is fundamentally broken along with its immigration system. This nasty combination will basically guarantee that elections are rigged in the present and foreseeable future.

If elections aren’t secured and immigration is not restricted, American elections will continue to be rigged and rife with all manner of fraud due to illegal aliens voting.
