Disgraced Former Special Counsel Jack Smith Received $140,000 in Free Legal Services Before Resigning
What is he afraid of?
Disgraced anti-Trump former special counsel Jack Smith received $140,000 in pro bono legal services from a high-powered Washington D.C. law firm before resigning from the federal government last month.
A disclosure obtained by POLITICO showed that Smith received legal representation from Covington & Burling, perhaps preparing for a strategy to avoid culpability in the conspiracy to throw President Trump in jail in order to protect Democrat Party rule over the nation.
President Trump has been clear in his opinion that Smith should be thrown behind bars for his major role in the witch hunt against the 45th and 47th POTUS.
“They ought to throw Deranged Jack Smith and his Thug Prosecutors in jail, with Meritless Garland and Trump Hating Lisa Monaco. They have totally Weaponized the Department of Injustice. Whatever happened to the Crooked Joe Biden Boxes Case? Why was Hillary Clinton allowed to delete 33,000 emails, many of them Classified, AFTER getting a Subpoena from Congress? Why was Bill Clinton allowed to take tapes out of the W.H. in his socks? Why has no other President ever been charged? ELECTION FRAUD!” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.
Trump Attorney General Pam Bondi has already instructed a working group in her office to investigate “weaponization by Special Counsel Jack Smith and his staff who spent more than $50 million targeting President Trump, and the prosecutors and law enforcement personnel who participated in the unprecedented raid on President Trump’s home.”
Smith's campaign to prosecute President Trump over alleged illegal documents at Mar-a-Lago came to an official end this week after the 11th District U.S. Appeals Court dismissed Smith’s appeal to keep the case going.
“Since November 2022, Special Counsel Smith has been exercising power that he did not lawfully possess.’ All actions that flowed from his defective appointment … were unlawful exercises of executive power,” U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon stated in her ruling.
Jack Smith, once considered a super hero of sorts to the Left, now has to scramble to avoid prison after failing miserably in his attempts to throw President Trump behind bars. He will be remembered among the arrogant, clownish buffoons who Trump crushed like ants on his way to making history and achieving national greatness.
Where did the 50 million come from.
Jack better move to Cuba, quick.
