Arkansas & Missouri Secretaries of State Sue Biden Regime Over Program To Boost Voter Turnout For Democrats
Democrats are doing everything possible to steal the 2024 presidential election
The Missouri and Arkansas secretaries of state recently filed a lawsuit against the Biden regime over "Bidenbucks," an executive order ordering federal agencies to promote voter registration and get-out-the-vote campaigns. These secretaries declared that this order is "unconstitutional."
The Republican Secretaries of State filed the lawsuit against the Biden regime on July 31, 2024, contending that federal violations were carried out by President Biden’s Executive Order 14019 signed on March 2021.
“The head of each agency shall evaluate ways in which the agency can, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, promote voter registration and voter participation,” including "soliciting and facilitating approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations and State officials to provide voter registration services on agency premises," the executive order stated.
Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft declared in a statement on August 1 concerning the lawsuit, “Missouri has a robust and effective election system in place, and it is the responsibility of the states, not the federal government, to manage voter registration and election procedures. This executive order undermines state sovereignty and threatens the integrity of our elections. This legal action is not about partisan politics; it is about maintaining the balance of power between the states and the federal government as intended by our Founding Fathers.”
Other plaintiffs in the lawsuit include Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston and two local Missouri election officials.
The lawsuit contends, "President Biden’s executive order is unconstitutional and contrary to federal law," and cites four examples.
Per the lawsuit, the executive order "is an executive order of the President without any congressional authorization in violation of the Separation of Powers ... imposes burdens and costs upon state and local government to respond to this federally mandated election scheme in violation of constitutional principles of federalism ... violates the Elections Clause of the Constitution ... [and] directs federal executive branch employees to violate the Hatch Act."
Democrats know that their ideas are very unpopular. They will do whatever it takes to ensure that the 2024 presidential election is rigged in their favor. Republicans must fight by making sure to stop every attempt to rig the 2024 election and restore election integrity at all costs.
The conspirators in Washington DC will, of course, point at the text with the "third party organizations"
- but these can, exactly be the same "third party" ones as we know from 2020: "Zuckerbucks" for agents chosen by ... guess who, etc. IT'S THE SAME AGAIN, FRAUD!
